These organic mangoes are grown in Castellón, in Spain's Valencian Community. Their skin may show purple, orange, yellow or green tones, and the flesh offers a notably sweet flavour with a light acidic edge. Each fruit grows to its own size and shape rather than being graded to a single uniform calibre.
Osteen and Keitt through the season
The Osteen harvest generally runs from early September to mid-October. Keitt usually follows from late October into November. The variety supplied depends on the point in the season and actual availability.
