Boar Solomon in a piece of approximately 1 kg, suitable for obtaining several servings of game meat. Its presentation as a whole cut differentiates it from the pieces for stew. The boar should be cooked sufficiently for food safety reasons, following the indications corresponding to this species.
The difference against the ragú de boar is in the cut and in the way of presenting it. In a large piece it is advisable to evaluate the number of diners and the preparation previewed, guaranteeing in all cases a safe and complete cooking.
