Wagyu's hip corner is offered in a piece of approximately 1.5 kg. This cut of the back of the animal is different from the picanha, although both are frequently used in grilling and roasting. The producer includes it within his Wagyu selection and highlights the influence of marbled on texture.
This whole format is useful for roasting or dividing the hip corner into several cuts. It should not be confused with the picanha despite its anatomical proximity; the comparison between the two depends on how you want to prepare and serve the meat.
