Two pieces of ostrich triangle of about 200 g each form this producer's reference, commercially identified as coming from South Africa. It is a red meat of bird, of characteristic flavor and with nuances that the supplier describes as slightly sweet. The two-unit format allows separate portions to be cooked and compared with other ostrich cuts.
The presentation of two pieces allows you to organize a meal for two people or compare different cooking points. Being commercially identified by origin and cutting, it is appropriate to keep that information differentiated from other ostrich references of similar size.
