The ration of crocodile lollipop of about 200 g offers an alternative to the ragú of the same species. The record of the producer highlights its soft taste and a slight memory of the fish. It can be prepared in portions of uniform size, but it must be completely cooked and manipulated according to the food hygiene guidelines.
The individual size makes it easier to know this cut before choosing larger formats. It differs from crocodile fingerers by being a piece of meat instead of an elaborate one; its storage and cooking conditions should also be reviewed separately.
