Produced by canned Vega Esla, a family business from Fresno de la Vega in León, which, generation after generation, has been accumulating great experience in the storage of peppers and vegetables from its own harvests. They only use Fresno vegetables that arrive at the factory freshly harvested, which allows their quality to be fully guaranteed. Furthermore, no preservatives or coloring are added when making the preserves. Everything is natural and artisanal, from the roasting of the peppers over a wood fire to the peeling and packaging processes, carried out entirely by hand.
