These croquettes combine ostrich meat with mango, a mixture that introduces a fruity counterpoint into a salty preparation. They are presented as a specialty of Musée Gourmet and highlight its soft texture. The 500 g pack is practical to serve small rations as an inlet or to share in an aperitif.
To serve as an appetizer, the combination of ostrich and mango brings a different contrast to that of conventional croquettes. You should consult the list of ingredients and allergens of the product made, especially if shared with guests who have food restrictions.
